Hello and welcome!
My name is Tracey Wodnisky and I am a Trauma/PTSD therapist specializing in helping people work through the impacts of traumatic experiences - recent and/or in childhood. I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist providing counselling/therapy to youth ages 16 - 18 and adults ages 18+ online across Ontario as well as in-person and online therapy for local clients. I hold a diploma and degree in Social Work and have over 20 years of combined experience in the Mental Health & Human Services/Helping Professions Field, including working as an Early Childhood Educator. I have an unwavering passion and commitment to helping individuals heal from both recent and past traumatic experiences, walking alongside them on their unique journeys as they re-discover their power and grow in self-acceptance/self-esteem, while also learning new and helpful coping strategies. Using a combination of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and strength-based modalities, I strive to create a warm, caring, therapeutic relationship built on authenticity, safety, and trust in which people feel seen, heard, and valued for their individuality, unique experiences, and strengths. Hello! My name is Crystal Mohr(she/her) I am a Somatic Sex Educator and Sexological Bodyworker. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual assault/abuse, childhood trauma, and anyone who is looking to deepen their connection to their body, pleasure, and desires. I provide education, somatic coaching, and integrative bodywork. The education and coaching may involve things like deepening connection to the body, utilizing breathwork techniques, practicing communication skills, boundary and consent work, and discovering your arousal anatomy. Integrative bodywork allows us to put together the foundational skills that we have built and receive full body touch.

Cheryl is a caring and empathetic Social Service Worker/Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people grow, heal, and embrace their full potential. Her amazing energy and positive outlook are indeed a part of that passion! Cheryl holds a certificate in Children’s Mental Health, as well as Children’s Grief and Bereavement, and has worked in several organizations in the Mental Health Care field.
After receiving Neuroptimal Neurofeedback sessions when experiencing anxiety fifteen years previously, Cheryl was able to personally experience the positive shifts in mood and well-being.
Cheryl started her professional journey with Neuroptimal Neurofeedback in 2018 where she managed a neurofeedback clinic for a Burlington Psychiatrist and witnessed the positive benefits to clients and patients at the clinic. This start in brain training has led to employment in several other agencies offering Neuroptimal Neurofeedback with results showing positive shifts in mood, self-esteem, and self-agency.
